Plain English, the way we like it. These terms cover using dereksmobilewash.com and booking a wash with Derek's Mobile Wash ("we," "us," or just Derek), a mobile car wash serving Victorville, Apple Valley, Hesperia, Adelanto, Oak Hills, Phelan and nearby High Desert communities in California.
You pay when the job is done — cash or card. No deposits, no card on file, no online payment. How you pay is between you and Derek at the vehicle.
Life happens. Call or text (760) 490-2944 to change or cancel anytime. Derek may occasionally need to reschedule too (weather, an emergency) and will let you know.
Have the vehicle where you said it would be and reachable at your appointment time — and unlocked if you booked interior work.
When you book online and check the consent box, you agree to receive appointment-related text messages from Derek's Mobile Wash:
Message frequency varies with your bookings — typically 2–3 texts per appointment. Message and data rates may apply. No marketing or promotional texts, ever.
Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also call or text Derek directly at (760) 490-2944. Consent to texts isn't required to be a customer — you can always book by phone instead. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
