What's the catch with the flat rates?
There isn't one. A car exterior is $25 whether it's filthy or merely embarrassing. The only "it depends" on the whole menu is the interior detail, and Derek tells you that number before he starts — not after.
Do I pay when I book?
No. No card, no deposit, no account. You pay Derek when the job's done — cash or card, whichever you've got.
Do I need to be home?
No. Just make sure the car is reachable — and unlocked if you booked interior work. You get one confirmation and one reminder, not a play-by-play.
Can I book a weekend?
Yes — pick any Saturday or Sunday slot on the form. Weekend slots are requested rather than instant: Derek confirms each one personally, usually fast. Weekday slots confirm on the spot.
Are you going to spam me with texts?
No. One booking confirmation, one reminder before the appointment. That's the entire list, on purpose. Derek hates marketing texts more than you do.
What does weekly / bi-weekly / monthly mean?
Pick a cadence at booking and you keep the same day and slot going forward. Cancel whenever — it's a car wash, not a phone contract.
I'm a little outside the service area.
Book it anyway. Out-of-area addresses get flagged with a heads-up, not blocked. If it's genuinely too far, Derek will say so like an adult and you've lost nothing.
